Shipping & Returns
Lakecity Refrigeration ships goods via standard freight within 5-10 business days, subject to manufacturer stock availability and excluding weekends and holidays. Customers must pay delivery charges, which include an additional $80 for tailgate shipping, and provide accurate delivery addresses, as the company isn't liable for errors due to incorrect information. Returns are accepted only for products in original, unopened packaging, shipped no more than 15 days before the return. A 25% restocking fee applies, and the returning party covers both outbound and return freight. Returns are only accepted at the Calgary warehouse, with credit issued after inspection confirms the product is undamaged and unopened.
