Lakecity Refrigeration ships goods via standard freight within 5-10 business days, subject to manufacturer stock availability and excluding weekends and holidays. Returns are accepted only for products in original, unopened packaging, shipped no more than 15 days before the return. A 25% restocking fee applies, and the returning party covers both outbound and return freight.
